docx formart is the new format which i used by microsoft office 2007 if you don’t have office 2007 installed and you want to open docx files with office 2003 you can because office 2003 can’t reconize this new format so here is few ways how you can open docx files if you dont have office 2007.

This is the best way so far Microsoft released this pack for people who don’t have office 2007 so they can open docx files in previous Office versions.

2. Word Viewer application 2007
You can just download office word 2007 viewer to open and view .docx files.

3. Docx2doc.com
For users that do not use Microsoft Office, including Mac and Linux users, would be to use one of the several online converters that convert docx files into doc.

4. Docx-converter.com
You can either browse the DOCX files and then let it convert, or you can also download the appropriate tool to help you.
