For users who are not trying to bypass copy protection, a light weight and convenient utility to mount ISO (and ZIP, and PFO) files is Pismo File Mount Audit Package, freeware. Unlike most ISO mounting utilities, PFMAP does not use drive letters, but instead allows access to contents of ISO files in-place by mounting the ISO file as a folder.
