How To Hide Recently Opened Documents And Programs in windows Vista

If you share your computer with other people, family friends or wife, and you want to protect your privacy , you can hide your recently opened documents and programs in windows Vista start menu.

  1. Right click on the task bar and choose properties.
  2. From the start menu properties window choose the start menu tab
  3. under the privacy section uncheck these two option

“Store and display a list of recently opened files”
“Store and display a list of recently opened programs”
