If you use a DVB PC card on your computer, to watch satellite or cable channels, then you may be already uses your DVB Card Software, Every DVB Card manufacture has it’s own software, that only work with this card.

But there are other software that support almost all DVB cards, on of the most popualt and powerful softwares is Mytheatre.

The first step you going to to after installing Mytheatre is setup a new satellite or cable and search for channels.

1-right click on the main program window from the menu choose setting/LNB/DisEqc setting& Scan

2-From the new window select Diseqc bottom and choose whether you have more than LNB or not specify a port for each LNB you have, then click ok.

3-then choose ku-lin (this also depends on you LNB type in most case ku-lin is the most common these days)
then click apply now

4-on the right side of the window we going to scan for the channels
click select all to select all transporter then click scan
